THE HOLIDAY APARTMENT IS LOCATED IN THE TERRACE PARK-BRANDMATT OF THE WINE AND FLOWER VILLAGE SASBACHWALDEN.
Below the Schwarzwaldhochstraße at a little more than 700 m altitude, the holiday apartment is located in the Brandmatt district of the Kneipp and climatic health resort of Sasbachwalden, which is also known as the "half-timbered village".
Between mountain and valley, it is an ideal starting point for eventful excursions, hikes, or tours by bicycle/mountain bike or motorbike tours. Small and large circular routes for everyone, invite you to beautiful hikes.
The 44 m² large, newly furnished apartment is on the 1st floor of house no. 1 and consists of a living room, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped new kitchen with a dishwasher. An additional sleeping possibility in the form of a sofa bed in the living room is also available. The approx. 17 m² sun terrace with a wonderful view over the Rhine plain invites you to linger and enjoy. In the fantastically located complex there is a spacious swimming pool and a sauna. In addition to an outdoor table tennis table, there is a spacious meadow with a large barbecue area. The foot bath for Kneipp-goers at the lower end of the area refreshes after sunny days.
From the holiday apartment and from the terrace you have a unique view of the Rhine plain and the Vosges in the nearby, directly neighboring Alsace. The Ortenau, known for great gastronomy, fine wines and numerous delicacies, leaves no culinary wish unfulfilled! The friendly and familiar atmosphere in the entire Brandmatt terrace park invites families, couples, the young and the young at heart to relax and discover the Black Forest and the wide range of offers.
